  • Caught On Video: 21 Year Old Female Amazon Delivery Driver Beats Down White 67-Year-Old Female Customer

    By Jack Allen

In a shocking blood-chilling video of an Amazon driver repeatedly striking an elderly tenant of Vista Creek Apartments in Castro Valley, CA, after a verbal altercation has been caught on video surveillance and shared online.

In the video, the Amazon worker, identified by the police as 21-year-old Itzel Ramirez, is seen engaging in what looked liked attempted murder or an attempt to inflict major harm and damage to a 67-year-old white woman.

Does the chain in Itzel Ramirez’s hand makes it assault with a deadly weapon?

According to local outlet Fox 2 KTVU, Ramirez got into a verbal conflict with the 67-year-old female victim, which then escalated. Ramirez is now claiming she acted in self-defense.
The victim came to the entrance to the building due to an alert she received that an Amazon parcel had arrived. She then saw Ramirez there with the Amazon delivery driver’s vest on but couldn’t find the package. She inquired about the package to Ramirez, who said she would get it soon.

“I believe the Amazon driver said something about ‘your white privilege,’ and my tenant said, ‘You don’t need to be a b*tch about it,’ turned around and walked away.” At that point, Ramirez started punching the unidentified victim, breaking the woman’s nose in the process. Ramirez, despite being caught on video as having attacked first while the victim’s back was turned, is claiming self-defense.
She is being held on $100,000 bail by Alameda County authorities on suspicion of battery causing serious bodily injury and elder abuse.
